He is responsible for shaping and delivering technical risk advisory, resilience strategies, and insurance-adjacent solutions that enable energy producers, developers, and investors to de-risk projects, unlock financing, and accelerate the transition to clean energy. Before joining Zurich in 2024, Emmanuel held senior leadership roles at Siemens Energy, including Senior Director for Service Programmes and CEO of Siemens Energy Ghana, where he delivered commercial growth and strategic partnerships across European and African markets. Earlier in his career, he was with Rolls-Royce, where he worked across the UK, Europe, and sub-Saharan Africa, strengthening aftermarket operations, enhancing regulatory engagement, and driving sustained growth through long-term partnerships. Emmanuel holds an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and a BSc (Honours) in Exploration Geology from Cardiff University.

Dan joined Wood Mackenzie in 2018 from Energy Markets and Regulatory Consultants (EMRC) where he was a managing consultant. Earlier in his career he was senior modeller on a wholesale electricity least-cost dispatch model delivered to the Scottish Government. Tim has extensive experience in developing new research offerings including LNG corporate analysis and European gas & power markets. From 2016 to 2019, Tim worked in Wood Mackenzie’s consulting team as Regional Consulting Group Manager for EMEARC – with a focus on resourcing, recruitment and driving the development of the regional consulting practice in line with its commercial and strategic goals Prior to joining Woodmac, Tim spent over 4 years at National Grid in a variety of regulatory, commercial and project delivery roles across its gas and electricity transmission businesses. With over 15 years’ experience as an analyst and consultant focused on clean power technologies, Rory is a recognised expert in power system flexibility and energy storage. His career includes roles at Ofgem, the UK energy regulator, and in commercial asset portfolio development at a growth-stage power technology company. Rory advises clients on growth strategy, transactions, commercial due diligence, and market entry. Recent projects include: Portfolio due diligence & valuation – Iberian wind, solar, storage, hydro assets valued at ~$700M Capital raise due diligence – for a BESS integrator’s global expansion including full entity valuation and market assessment. CCGT buy-side due diligence – on assets exceeding $2B in value for both utility and fund investors. Strategic acquisition due diligence – advising a major energy company on the purchase of a global IPP with >15 GW operational capacity and a significant pipeline including networks and renewables manufacturing.
