Global LNG run rates rose to around 84% in November, reflecting more stable output and a steady recovery from earlier upstream disruptions. In Australia and Southeast Asia, Ichthys LNG has improved post-maintenance, holding near 80%, while Tangguh Train 3 remains offline due to instrumentation issues. In Africa, Egypt continues to defer over-contracted winter volumes, and Nigeria has partially recovered despite minor feed-gas interruptions. Algeria’s run rates have climbed on stronger European demand, while ADNOC LNG in the Middle East remains subdued amid the second phase of its 75-day outage.
