Public Service Company of Colorado (Xcel Energy subsidiary) released bid details for its 2017 all-source solicitation, which includes over 350 bids from renewables or renewables paired with storage. While the solicitation does not require the assets to come online before 2023, the median bid prices for stand-alone as well as storage-paired solar and wind are amongst the lowest reported to date. 83% of the bids were for renewables or renewables paired with storage, in terms of megawatts it represents an even more astonishing 91% of all proposed projects For access to the full insight and charts, please refer to the PDF download
