E10 consumption is set to grow through 2020 as it is an effective way to meet the EU's targets aimed at reducing carbon emissions from the transport sector. Different countries will implement different strategies and the success will very much depend on how effective the strategy is. There is a need for government and fuel retailers to work together to ensure a smooth transition and avoid a consumer backlash.
