Report summary
The Red River Delta Basin is an early-life CBM play. The Vietnamese government awarded Arrow Energy (now Dart Energy) and Keeper Resources the first Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) covering CBM licenses in 2008, and exploration drilling commenced in 2009. Due to the lack of exploration activity, there is only limited well data and play information available at this time. The play is also hampered by a lack of experience with developing CBM in Vietnam.
