Report summary
The Kayab and Pit fields are located offshore in shallow waters in the Bay of Campeche, 134 kilometres northwest of Ciudad del Carmen, near to the Ku-Maloob-Zaap complex. The fields are considered by the new government as "priority fields" aimed to stabilize the country's production decline.The concessions of Kayab and Pit end in 2049.
