Report summary
Qatargas-1 is a segmented LNG development and Qatar's first LNG project. The upstream project (Qatargas Upstream) is operated under the terms of a production sharing contract (PSC) and involves the development of a designated sector of the North Field. The original partners were Qatar Petroleum (now QatarEnergy), Total (Now TotalEnergies), ExxonMobil, Marubeni and Mitsui.
