Report summary
Zawtika gas is exported via a 28-inch, 230-kilometre offshore pipeline to the landfall near the Daminseik village. From landfall, a 63-kilometre onshore pipeline transports gas to Ban-I-Tong on the Thai border. The pipeline currently has a capacity of 350 mmcfd, assumed with no additional compression.The Zawtika field started production in March 2014, followed by the Kakonna, Gawthaka, and Shwe Pyi Htay satellite fields.
