Research Analyst
Vania joined Wood Mackenzie in 2024 as a research analyst on the North America Gas team, based in Mexico City. Her work focuses on monitoring real-time natural gas flows in the Gulf Coast region and conducting market analysis on key events impacting North American natural gas demand, contributing to both short-term and long-term forecasting models.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Vania spent three years at Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), where she led market research for federal energy infrastructure projects and developed a market structure methodology to strengthen CFE's procurement strategy.

B.A. in Economics and Finance, with Honours, Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla.
